Gerri Freideman was so helpful giving us a car. There were trucks as Manager's special that day for rent. Price was great, the process took not longer than 10mins. Return was so easy. The office was closed and they have a box for dropping keys. Definitely would recommend the place and people working there.

Lower prices than the airport, close by, excellent customer service. The office itself is nice. They have complementary waters, some in the fridge, a seating area, and two computers to help you. We got an upgrade when we got the car, and it was nice. At drop off time, you just drop off at the box and leave.

I've been renting from the Main Street Salt Lake City location for several months now. The folks at the location are always friendly and efficient. The cars are always clean and in good mechanical order. The office is clean and easy to get to. I'm sure it'll be even nicer once the renovations are completed.

I’m not sure why the rating is so low. I had a really positive experience here after renting a business vehicle while ours was in the shop. We had to extend the rental twice and then ended up returning it early. I went into the location 4 separate times in the span of 3 weeks and was pleased every time with the speed of the process and how well my requests were redirected each time. They are currently remodeling the building which has to be stressful for the staff to balance with the constant stream of customers and they’re handling it seemingly well. Each staff member I interacted with (which was 3 different people) was very pleasant and accommodating.
