I had a Door Dash order here today. It took over 5 minutes just to be acknowledged. The order took an additional 18 minutes after the employee said it would be 10 minutes. When I finally checked with the employee to see how much longer they had the order just sitting by the drive thru window & didn’t feel the need to tell me that it was ready or put it on the online pick up order shelf. There were 3 employees at the front counter chatting the entire time & 2 employees in the back actually working. There was even a manager there who had absolutely horrible customer service & didn’t address his employees to help customers or work. When I walked out to my car the drive thru line was from the pick up window out onto Redwood Rd. It’s infuriating that this store is causing a road block due solely to laziness.

Had the Country Chicken Fried Steak special. With mashed potatoes and cold slaw, and biscuit. Washed it down with a Pepsi. Came hot and tasty. Only disappointment was the spork was light weight and would not cut the chicken. Should have had a knife. But it was a Great lunch. Friendly employees to help you out. Drive through was the only thing open. But was quick.

Poorly run franchise. Super dry chicken. They only had drumsticks left. 6 tables were dirty and no one was there but us. Trash on the floor. The kitchen was dirty. The employees kept saying they are out of chicken. How can you be 86’d of the principal product you sell!? It’s like going to an Apple store and they are out of IPhones. KFC is good... just not this one. Read this and run to another one.
