Called in to see what it would cost to rent a car like they show in the add, they don't have anything like that, in fact no sports cars at all. The young woman I spoke with had to ask someone else for every piece of information that I was asking for. Pricing is exotic, the cars, not so much. I know good help is hard to find, but if you want to pretend that your high end, don't let untrained individual's answer your phone.

The pick-up was an really smooth experience for me at the Salt Lake City airport. The site was right outside of the airport, and the line was short. We got everything set up and got our car within 10 min. It was a very nice experience with just a small flaw. The person at the front desk asked for our ID, mentioned that I will get an electronic invoice and told us to get the car at the parking lot. When I saw the invoice in my email the day after, I noticed that I was charged with a fuel service option (which was not on my invoice when I booked it online) without being asked. When we arrived Las Vegas, the person who took care of the rental return actually was nice enough to take it off my bill since we returned the car with a full tank. He at first said that this add-on service cannot be taken off since I agreed with it when drove off. After I explained what happened, he offered to take it off the bill for 100% customer satisfaction. I was glad that I check the invoice before return and that this issue was solve without any hassle.

Absolutely wonderful rental agency! The various staff members were helpful in me getting the best car that I could for a special event that was going on over the weekend. Badr, the rentals guru for the exotic cars, was nothing but kind and excited to get me all set to go. I really enjoyed driving the car all weekend, and they were very reasonable in their pricing. I would definitely rent from this location again and I recommend them to anyone looking for a rental. Their kindness has gone a long way. The Camaro SS Convertible that we rented was a BLAST to drive.

I had such a good experience with this location and the company. The employees were all friendly and very helpful. Check-in was a breeze. When it came time to bring back the vehicle, I was running a little behind schedule. There was a line of 6-8 cars and I started to worry about the return process time. But, they had a line of employees helping each vehicle promptly. I didn't wait more than 2 minutes (which I used to gather my belongings). They came over and looked it over, gave me a small quote for the gas (that I hadn't filled), and I was on my way. Definitely would recommend them again!
