WARNING, YOU EAT REAL PANDA BEARS. It has always been a myth that Panda Express uses panda instead of the advertised meat. In fact, many documentaries have been made about it. I went in there one day and literally saw a panda bear on the cutting board in the kitchen through the door. That being said, Panda Bear tastes good! My only thing is that they should be open about it rather than hiding it as I think it would be a really big hit if people knew.

It is ok. Average Panda Express. Gets really busy around lunch time, as there are basically no other options at the Union bldg.

LOVE PANDA 🐼!! You'll be sure to get FRESH COOKED FOOD vs food that's been under the heat lamps for 🤷 how long ?! If you GO AT A BUSY TIME ! Like lunch time or dinner. I've always been much happier with the food at these times. The people who work here are trained and FAST! They all know what they're doing. It's a very nice change..

This location always opens late/after they claim to open. When they do open, there is no food prepared at all and they never have any one working the line besides 1 person on average making the line really long and the service really slow. They also aren’t consistent on their portion sizes (they usually try and give you less food), or their food quality. Usually their sides are over cooked/burnt. Most of the employees look like they hate their job and hate being there. Love panda, just not this location what so ever.

In early March, 2021, masks are required (like everywhere on UofU campus. There are no floor markers to help with distancing. Eating space is part of the cafeteria, which the U has limited for distancing.
