The service was good. My one complaint and because of the severity of it is why they get one stars. I had to put down a fifty dollar deposit for insurance and it took over a month after I returned the car to get it back. The insurance company was the problem at first but once I took care of that I still had to call Enterprise to get them to return the deposit. I did everything right and I had to fight to get my money back! Completely unacceptable!

Mike Bresciano was great to work with! He was very responsive and quick to make sure all of my needs were met, as I was in a rental car for three weeks while my Jeep was in the shop. Great to work with, will recommend Mike at this Enterprise location 10/10 times, so thank you!

Everyone was very polite. I rented the car for 2 weeks and added insurance was less than $1,000 I will get ,$200 deposit back when return car. I recommend Enterprise.

2nd time renting with this location was harassed about my corporate account.. was told by Jaren Rambo they wanted to make sure they’re car wasn’t being stolen??? Never been insulted by the Rep Jaren Rambo! I’m renting a Toyota Camry today for a week I get a car now that shows Maintenance required visit your dealer!! Also LOW FUEL!? Recently I’ve rented with needing a 2nd vehicle, I’ve had rented with them for 3 months using Allstate due to a car accident, then another 2 months using my corporate account… came back with a crack windshield from a Diesel rock chip for the first time after 4 months of renting! That was the only damage! I came in today, I asked about any upgrades they seem like they didn’t care, being treated like I was some type of criminal or been red flag? Being Questioned about my address location needed a proof, have I never been treated like this??!! Spending almost 1k per month for 4 freaken months and then some… they’re already acting suspicious for what reason?!!! I’ve done business with them for 15 YEARS!! If this is how Enterprise employees treat their customers?! I need to take my business somewhere else!! This is sooo ridiculous!! What happened?? seem like the customer service went down hill!! Not satisfied at all!!! Would never recommend!!
