I called this company last nite 10/14 (website says open till 11:00, No one was available to take my call.) I received a text right away to say they were to busy to take my call but to call back at 8:00 am tomorrow. Today 10/15 9:00 they guy was out jogging, was rude, abrasive and not really interested in what I was telling him that IBuypower technical support told me. He kept telling me He deals with this issue and really wasn't interested in my business. Not happy with this company. I would not use this company at all. I actually hung up on him. Please read the response from this owner. My Grandson has Autism that is why I had to handle it for him. I will keep making reviews now especially because of the owner rude response. Horrible company. BTW - I just dropped the computer off to be repaired by a reputable company.

Very Quick and Always Available, My Man is nothing but solutions he optimized my gaming pc and walked me through what to do if my problems reoccur all for a reasonable price! He is now my GO-TO if I have any problems in the future or ever want to buy parts to upgrade my system, I am thankful for his speed on getting my PC back to me REALLY better than when I First Hooked it up straight out of the box Mike Your A Badass!

I brought it my old laptop just asking for them to do an upgrade to the hardrive and ram to make it faster. Here is what happened: 1. Texted me the same night saying that it would be ready by the next day. 2. Mike gave me a demo of the performance. What used to be a startup of 5-7 min is now less than 30 secs . 3. He added software that will keep my performance running great. 4. He provided me with a memory card 250GB for no additional charge as well as a wireless mouse. And he gave me the ability to do backups to that flashdrive if anything ever did happen. Words cannot describe the service Mike and his company provided. If ever in the future I have issues, I'll go back to Mike.

Mike was great! He responded quickly. We connected over the phone and I shared what I needed done. He provided a realistic estimate in a short amount of time. We scheduled a time to drop off my laptop and I had what I needed in less than 24 hours. Great service, very informative. I will be bringing another laptop in soon as well. I highly recommend Advanced IT Solutions. Mike also added some security on my laptop that I didn't previously have and educated me on how to keep my computer running smoothly.
