They offer no way to open the gate besides a remote with a small radius. So if you have guests or groceries coming you have to walk all the way to the gate and open it for them. Countless times a day 7 Cars are stuck by the gate because nobody can get in.

Well, i do live here so i would say its pretty good. Its a pretty quiet complex too.
