If you get a seasoned and experienced property manager you'll be fine. There's some that are green or just don't follow through on their part which is very frustrating as a paying and abiding tenant. I've complained to upper management regarding various issues mostly regarding communication, which they called me to discuss everything.. But I've received no follow up or response from them as promised. It's been weeks. 🤷
