I was making a courtesy call for one of my clients and spoke with Taylor the manager. Wow!!! What a horrible service!! I was on the phone and had to put the phone away from my ear because of her yelling. I WILL NEVE STAY AT THIS PLACE!! IF SHE IS LIKE THIS ON THE PHONE, I could imagine talking to her face to face!!

Absolutely fantastic experience - rooms were clean and had everything I needed. I have never stayed in a hotel that treated me with the amount of respect that they did. I really can’t say enough about the staff and I hope to stay here again in the future. Again, thank you.

Stayed here for business for about three weeks. At first was hesitant on staying at once place that long, but I have been nothing but impressed. The staff is always friendly, each and every morning. The shuttle drivers are always willing to go the extra mile. Did laundry twice and besides a couple of broken machines, always got the job done. It was nice having a full size kitchen to cook in. Would stay again.

My flight was canceled due to crew staffing issues and I was put up here at the Resident Inn Motel. The staff was very polite and pleasant, their continental breakfast was very delicious and their shuttle drivers were very helpful and efficient as well. I highly recommend staying at this hotel and would do so again in the future if I find the need to stay in Salt Lake City
