I chose this location bc of the easy access to the green line tram to the airport. Annie was super friendly and helpful and when I asked for the most affordable option available she definitely came through. Good costumer service and nice cars. Totally recommend and if I’m back this way I’ll use their services again.

Shout out to the manager Jeff and his team. Easy pick up and drop off. No fuss no hassle. Very lovely experience all in all. So much cheaper if you rent from here and not the airport itself! Saved me like $350!

Tip: use this location if you are landing at SLC int airport. It's much less expensive and a quick Uber ride there is easy and fast. All was as expected. They called ahead of time to confirm our reservation. I was in and out when I showed up to pick up the vehicle. The vehicle was in mint condition and it was exactly the SUV I needed. They also offered a nice upgrade to a much nicer vehicle for a slight price increase which we didnt take but, it was nice to have the option. We returned the vehicle on a Sunday which is when they are closed, but the drop off line and drop box seemed save. They had staff there that Sunday cleaning vehicles for the week, so my invoice confirmation was sent shortly after I dropped it off. Would highly recommend this location!

I have to say, I wasn't sure what to expect when I chose to use this location next to my hotel in downtown, compared to using the main Enterprise at SLC. Boy do they run an impressive team here. Evette who serviced me and 7 others all at opening, went above and beyond. She helped me locate my reservation, although I was 4 hours early, and made it work. And when my selected Jeep was undersized, she was patient and helpful as she and her manager worked out a $20 upgrade to a Chevy Suburban. What a deal! The entire team was amazing. And I applaud their management in having a well-run office, away from the craziness of the airport.
