Bad, shady business. Needed iphone screen repaired. Prepaid for part and service. Guy spent over a month saying there was delays in the shipping of the part. Now, never answers phone, has not processed my refund. True thief and bad business.

Very skilled and knowledgeable about a it is that they do & more than willing to share with their customers precisely what that is and fir how much and why, and for how long including shipping if parts are to be ordered. They're very informative, honest, forthright, and also good at not overstating themselves and then falling short in delivery either, and I very much appreciate that in today's world. So refreshing. They were very patient with me even when I brought the same phone in 3 times in less than three weeks for replacement screens at more-than-fair prices, and even when I ordered a fourth replacement screen and a protective phone case but once those arrived there the phone had been stolen. But they still treat me as if it were the phone's fault and the phone as if it were mine~? But never once turned me in for abuse or neglect.

I dropped my iPhone 11 in the hot tub last night and the water absolutely cooked the screen. I called rapid repair this morning to see if they could take a look at it and confirm they had the parts they would need. They did! I dropped my phone off at 2 pm and picked it up an hour later at 3 pm and it was completely fixed! Thank you gentlemen so so much. You saved me well over $800.
