A hairy experience 𤣠but the service was great and the staff were friendly. No complaints, though it's always a matter of preference and opinion when it's a matter of where to get yer hair touched up

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL HAIRCUT!! First off when I came in I was asked if I pre checked in and I hadnât! The manager rolled her eyes and heavy sighed because heaven forbid she has to leave her client to check me in! I should have walked away there but stayed. The hair cut I received was one of the worst I ever got! I wanted a simple trim of 1-2 inches but the stylist recommended closer to three inches due to dead ends. I agreed. Less then 10 minutes later she was done and she ended up cutting off closer to 7-8â! I was in shock and as I came home to restyle it found at least 4 different lengths of hair. Absolutely heartbroken. I called back to complain and get a refund and the manager insisted I come in so she could see. I will say she at least evened out the different lengths but did not give me a refund. Only offered a free hair cut for next timeâŚ. Oh no I will NEVER step foot in that store again! I guess itâs my fault because you definitely get what you pay for! If you value your hair then do yourself a favor and pay the extra money and get it done right at an actual salon!

I am a long time customer. Good cut at a reasonable price. The stylists are professional and friendly. Always good conversations while my hair is being cut. Masks are still required. Worth the visit.

Great Clips salons use Clip NotesÂŽ, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
