Ordered a three-piece meal that was supposed to be white and dark meat, only got dark. Didn't get any coleslaw and everything was cold. Tried to call, but couldn't get through. I don't recommend the Lacey KFC. Also I guess they have different three piece meals make sure you get the right one. Don't forget your coupon too, they won't give you the discount without it.

I’ve never been inside before, I was in the drive thru but the line was so long. I went inside and ordered food to go. They were so busy but the employees were all so nice and helpful. The food was delicious I do wish you could buy just a bucket of chicken legs though because that’s all my children will eat.

Went to kfc and got coleslaw and a spicy chicken sandwich with extra pickles and extra sauce. Along with food for the rest of my family. There was moldy pieces of something in my coleslaw, and no pickles on my sandwich. Along with very little sauce on my sandwich. I didn't eat the coleslaw and the sandwich was horrible 😭. I used to love KFC. Now I will never be back.

I certainly wouldn't. I had the rudest employee I've ever dealt with handle my order at the drive thru. And when I asked for the managers name he refused to give it to me, until u say there long enough to hold up the line, then he tried to claim I called him an a-hole!! when I never made a single personal comment, it was only over a disagreement in a price listed on the menu board. For an employee to try to say I used profanity, so he could justify himself to his manager is ridiculous, I'll never eat in the Lacey store ever again.
I am only a guide, not an employee. I called them, they answered right away. Said they're opened, they saw you, apparently trying to get in then leave. The door is hard to open. I had the same issue. Walked away then went back to door pulled real hard and it was opened. They need to something with that door.
