Why’s it say it’s open not only on the website but the sign outside as well, but the doors are locked & no one answers the phone 😒?

I am only a guide, not an employee. I called them, they answered right away. Said they're opened, they saw you, apparently trying to get in then leave. The door is hard to open. I had the same issue. Walked away then went back to door pulled real hard and it was opened. They need to something with that door.

Maybe because they mean just the drive through?

WOW! Fix the door?
