Went in to get a key cut, they told me it would take longer to order from them, so they suggested I order my own key. Which I did and it came in 2 days , which is confusing on why it would take them 2 weeks to order. Then when I bring my key in , there was a worker who never ran the key machine, manager lady decided to show him , then had him try and cut the key. He did not line up the depth properly so when he cut the key it broke , and they "oh we just broke your key, sorry" then that's it. I smiled and left as I hate confrontation . But maybe not let a new guy do key cut without practice.

Pretty good stock, exactly what you expect from a neighborhood hardware store. Not much staff, guy behind the counter thats about it. Prices slightly higher than most, as expected with most of these smaller hardware stores. Good for smaller purchases when you don't want to run all the way to one of the "Bigger guys"

Very handy to have a local hardware store. Well stocked on basics for most things. Helpful staff. However, you pay the price for handy; more expensive than the orange store for the same item.

Better stocked then your average ace… Super friendly associates and management. above and beyond treatment had no problem checking the warehouses stock or special ordering items. Even suggested other local retailers that might have the item I was looking for when they were out of stock. 10/5 star service
