Apparently maintenance can scream explatives(f word 3 times) up to a residents 2nd story apartment window at 730am. I filed a complaint with property manager only to be told well ok we will do our investigation but we wont inform you one way or another if we decide to punish their misconduct. Stay far far away from these apartments this is just one of many issues I have had here in less than 2 years and have finally had enough to stop keeping my mouth shut.

I have been trying to get a hold of the leasing office inquiring about an available 3-bedroom apartment on their website , left a message to the property manager and never got a call back. Figured might as well head there in person, as soon as I got there...I was greeted by 2 women in the office and told them if they have the available 3 bedroom...I was simply told no. It would of been great if someone would of return my call, and the website needs to be updated.

The 2 years my daughter stayed here her heater was broken. They wouldnt come fix it. She had to find ways to stay warm and keep the babies warm. If you drop you payment in the drop box on time, but they get it late they will charge you later fees. They were paying a minth early till they were told they couldnt do that anymore. Just away to get money from you. Will find away to always charge you extra. They turned in their 30 days notice early, but didnt have the address of their new place yet. So the paperwork wasnt filed properly now they want to keep their deposit due to not having the address if the new place. They will fund away to screw you over.
