My experience with my rental was a success. I really enjoyed the Chevy Malibu they gave me because it was comfortable and clean. Everything was in great condition about this car. I have to say that customer service was really amazing, I do not remember the gentleman’s name who handed me the keys but he was nice and very professional at his job. When you have employees like him, it makes you come back because I rather see a smile and a person who cares about the customers than someone being rude. Keep up the good work and thank you for making my trip a good one.

The pickup was smooth and easy. The return wasn't as pleasant. The instructions on the location door said to call a number "immediately " upon returning your vehicle after hours. Me and my husband both called on our cells and waited over 30 minutes each, just to have the automated answering service hang up on us. We left it locked and dropped the keys. We received our statement the next morning without issues. Time to update your location instructions.

The staff was very easy to work with, the car was in excellent shape and the process was quick. The price of the car was less than $30/day which included the taxes. The return was just as simple.. My only small complaint - Although I was promised a standard SUV, I was provided a full size SUV. The additional size was awesome but cost about $50-$75 more for gas.
