I truly cannot believe you are still in business. Your customer service is horrific, and your agents are ruder than imaginable. You are offering the most expensive services, for the worst and filthiest cars, and instead of at least trying to be polite, you are snarky with an attitude?! We called with serious safety concerns about a car we rented from you less than 24 hours ago, and you absolutely did not care. You’d rather people get into serious accidents and die than help them? It is truly laughable how bad you are. But I guess it’s also reflected in your ratings. Even McDonald’s has better ratings. Maybe hire people who graduated high school next time. We will be taking our business elsewhere. This is a rental we got from you in July. You said you didn’t have a different vehicle and that there was nothing wrong with this filthy, disgusting car you gave us for the full price. Between all the scandals coming out about your company, your terrible services, and the availability of both budget & Avis within walking distance, there is no reason to patronize hertz.

Go anywhere else! I rented a van and drove it cross country 1way. All was well, until I looked and saw a $200 cleaning fee. My total bill was $540 and that took it to $740. They tried to claim all kinds of stuff. I spoke with the manager and he promised to call back and he didn’t. I had to keep calling. I ended up getting my refund by calling the corporate offices thank god . To try and charge $200 cleaning fee is straight robbery!

This place is utter garbage. The other reviews mention horrible service. I didn’t even get to experience the horrible service. I scheduled my car pick-up for noon on a Saturday and arrived a little late, at around 12:20 and the office is empty and the doors are locked. They close at noon. Why would you even let me schedule a pick-up for the literal minute you close?!? What kind of time is noon for the office in the center of town to close?!? Closed Sunday… Well, I’ll pick up the car Monday, get some utility out of my botched reservation… Oh, Monday is Labor Day. They’re closed. Unbelievable. Not like people need a car over the holiday or on the weekend…
