I wish I could give ZERO stars !! Ride Right is Ragedy!! The drivers always have an attitude & DONT want to get the kids off the bus. Weβve only had one driver who gave good customer service & he was an older gentleman, sweet man, I wish I got his name. The rest have been older women with messed up attitudes! They never come on time & the time keeps changing without us being notified!!! I call and ask for a SUPERVISOR and Iβm always told they arenβt in the office today & can never transfer me to their voicemail. Lazy workers. Bad attitudes. No customer service skills. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Their either late or too early. The time is never consistent. Also I never get any type of notification when the pick up time is changed.

Hello HELLO! We are waiting!
No, they are either late, or dont show up at all to pick up kids. Then when you call in they get rude and hang up or lie. Its never ending. They need a new way of doing things. Such as same people do the same route to be familiar with the route,times and the children. More specialized training for special needs children of all levels. Better driving skills will help also. If school starts at 730 the kids should be picked up in enough time for them to get to school before it starts, not an hour after it starts. This isnt uber, y'all deal with very difficult children.
They only do work Jobs and family services
Ride Right is its own company and is incompetent by its owners, NOT by Job & Family services!!

I was told by one of their supervisors last spring when we were using them,last spring that it isn't in their policy to notify you about a cancellation, plus we were also told that if the scheduled pick-up time was at 10:30am, to be prepared about two hours earlier or later than that time!!!! CRAZINESS
