I got a phone from them about 3 months ago on lease my earpiece went out after 3 months and they refuse to fix it or replace it they keep trying to sell me it like I want a broken phone there was no real help when I called I've never been late on a payment I just think if something is leased it should be covered atleast if it's mechanical. Do better!!

Bad service, if you going get new phone from metropcs be ware not let them to trick you getting smartpay, when your phone is paid full and still owe to lease is not worst until is full. LEASE IS NOT GOOD OPTION.

This company is trash, They do not do what they say.
You have to call them. Because the amount that Metro PCS told me that I owed was definitely not what was on the contract with the finance company and I will never be talked into doing this again !
