I have never left a negative review for anyone, but this Hertz location has truly cracked the code for worst car rental experience. Our reservation basically meant nothing because they didn’t have any cars in their lot, and we received no notice. The staff was slow, unresponsive, and apathetic. One of the staff members actually said, “We don’t have a good system for tracking which cars we currently have in our inventory so there’s nothing we can do.” I’m sure there are other Hertz locations that may have it together, but this one doesn’t. We switched to Budget, and they were nothing but helpful.

Horrible service. Its been a week since I dropped off a car and no receipt. I called 3 times to have a receipt and they dont send it and just hang up on me. Never ever renting with Hertz again

Be careful of paperwork they will not do it correctly and try to bill your credit card and report the car as stolen

🌛No overnight drop off! Be aware that this location does not have a key drop so you will need to plan your car return during their business hours. This is not neccesarily a negative, just something important to know when planning. ⭐Very FAST at pick up and drop off ⭐FRIENDLY, knowledgeable associates ⭐Clean vehicle Also, a note on Hertz (not this location specifically): If you prepay and have the ability to drop off your car earlier, you cannot edit your return date. You will be changed the full prepay amount regardless of when you return your car.

You put the keys and contract pamphlet into their lock box. Denote mileage and if you replaced gas.
