I want to give a huge shout-out to 2 Avis employees whom I deal with on a fairly regular basis. They are Abraham at the Hosbrook location and Grant at the E Galbraith location. Both of these kind gentlemen have been the absolute consummate professionals when dealing with me! They are friendly and easy to work with and they will always go above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to meeting my car rental needs! It is because of these 2 men that I always use Avis-Budget even if I can save with another company! I know they will always have my back and take care of me! So, if you are looking to rent a car in Cincinnati.... look no further than Avis-Budget! The cars are outstanding and the service is beyond outstanding!!!!!

Very disappointed. I called an hour before the scheduled pick up of car to confirm my reservation and he said nothing is there for me to use and he will call one a car is available. I ordered a car rental 4 days ahead just to find out that there wasn't a car available. He even asked me to wait for a car to arrive and I said that me waiting further is not acceptable. He did not even give me an option to transfer my reservation to another branch till I said something about it. What made it worse is him not offering me a ride going to the other branch to pick up the car so I took Lyft. Not going to go back to this branch anymore. I am even rethinking if my avis preferred membership is even worth it.
