They try to put you in smaller suvs or suvs with broken doors and that carpets coming out the door with a dirty outside. Also car kept stalling and wasn’t tryin to give me a refund. And this and other lights keep coming on

I went to go pick up a van that I had reserved 2 months before our trip. And unfortunately it came back damaged. So the Manager put us in a big SUV. And gave us the same price we would have paid for the van. He also offered us a discount as well. We were so happy. And our vacation was great. And we will rent from them again. And this was our our 3rd time renting.

A bit too busy for its britches 🙂 The largest of the Enterprise branches in Cincy area... VERY BUSY, so don't expect a rental the same day, unlike the TriCounty or Fairfield locations. Not as friendly too. So busy they don't answer the phone sometimes which switches to a national call center (esp. Saturday). Few rentals to choose from, although I did come away with a cute monster jeep wrangler. I miss the smoothness of the TriCounty location.

Customer service was great! Being able to to use points for rental was excellently as well. The was only one thing that they could maybe look at in the future; the car that was selected didn’t have options that I would have preferred. I would have like a car that had remote start and heated seats you in a region that receive cold temperatures and snow so having a few perks like seat warmers and remote starter make for more pleasant experience in the winter.
