Dante Sanderson was a 10/10. He’s been nothing but helpful and kind to me. The insurance company that I went through gave him a very last minute notice about getting a rental for me and Dante still made it happen. He made sure that I was comfortable with the car I was in and he made sure it had great gas mileage. My personal experience with Dante was great, he’s very personable and I’m glad that I got to work with him! I also forgot my flip flops and he was kind enough to save them and keep them in the office for me until I could grab them. Great customer service and if I need to use enterprise in the future I’ll make sure I go through Dante.

I understand cars are scarce at rental places right now. I get that. HOWEVER: I requested an economy car to drive while mine is in the shop. They had no cars that day and promised me I would be in one by noon the next day. Noon the next day rolls around and, lo and behold, there are no cars and no one knows why I was assured a car when there were none. Poor communication between employees and poor communication with customers. They called me back shortly after to tell me they were able to scrounge up a car for me. Great. I was picked up in the economy car I requested, I was made to check the economy car for dents and scrapes, and I got all the way to putting down the deposit on this economy car when all of a sudden I could no longer rent this car they had gotten ready for me, and likewise had gotten me ready for. They instead "upgraded" me to a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I cannot afford to put gas into a Jeep Grand Cherokee, nor do I feel safe or comfortable in a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I've put $60 in this rental car in less than a week, which is a huge expense for someone whose Civic doesn't even take $40 in a month. If I had wanted or could afford a huge, impractical, and quite frankly wasteful SUV I would have requested one. I did not, and it isn't even like it was the only car on the lot and they were apologetic and sympathetic about it. They took a car I could afford to drive out from under me for some reason still unknown to me and played it off as an "upgrade" that would in some way be beneficial to me. This has, hands down, been the worst car experience of my life.
