Althouse my appointment had several rescheduled dates due to staffing, and Onalaska computer/internet connectivity, which is near nonexistent, made co-pay payment a challenge, Elizabeth Hansen always provides top quality care, once you are able to be seen.

Elizabeth Hansen treated me horribly, saying she would not let me have the test for covid antibodies, she was condescending about my wish for it, by stating I believed in hoaxes. She has no right to treat her patients the way she did me!

Nurse practitioner as an intern, another as trainer and pcp... ack!! Let me just say arrogance, talking down to patients, especially senior citizens, arguing or refusing to order an xray until patient demands imaging is NOT acceptable. Will never see them again. (a bit more conversation and the detail not included here, but was very frustrating) Changed to a new pcp. My experience over 6 years with various nurse practitioners has not been good. These 2 were the worst. No more!!
