My experience seems to be very different than most, but here is my honest review: I contacted Larson for a free consultation for my lines/wrinkles on my forehead. After my initial consultation, I was recommended Botox to help these lines from growing deeper. My initial consultation ended with many unanswered questions, so after doing some of my own research, I called back and set-up another consultation, which I was informed I would have to pay for. After a bit of back and forth, I was told that I could come in for free as all of my questions were not answered in my first consultation. After my second consultation with a different nurse, I was again recommended Botox, and left with a bit more information and confidence in my decision. After leaving that day, I purchased a special Botox package, and scheduled my first appointment for my procedure. Upon arriving for my first procedure ever, I was a bit nervous and explained this to the nurse. I also told her, specifically, in several ways, to please start with the lowest acceptable dosage. She assured me being nervous was normal and that she would only use the bare minimum amount of Botox. Immediately following my procedure my face started to slump awkwardly and droop unevenly over my already hooded eyes. After a few days, the results I was told to expect were not only not visible, but my sagging face looked so much worse than before. I made an appointment to go back, yet again, for another consultation, and met with Dr. Larson herself. The first thing out of her mouth was that I should have never been recommended Botox. I was recommended Botox specifically by her staff on two separate occasions. Then, the only solution she offered was to put more Botox into my face. So, after being wrongly recommend a very specific product by more than one nurse, having way too much of it injected into my face after specifically asking for the minimum amount which could have resulted in a different reaction from my face, I met with the owner who admitted the mistake, but offered no real solution in regards to the fact that I had just spent an exorbitant amount of money for procedures that, in her opinion, I never should have undergone. So, in short: my experience was an extremely expensive waste of time and money. I'm appalled at how I was treated in this facility, most specifically by Dr. Larson.

They apparently switch offices mid week and fail to tell you what location your appointment is! I arrived at their Bellevue location where I thought my appointment was booked only to find out they booked me in Burien! I drove over two hours to see these guys. Thank you for wasting my time.

Never go here !!!! She ruined my face !!! She doesn’t bother talking to u and just injects people. Literally ruined my face with her bellafill, she didn’t warn me about all the side effects including lumps , and bio films and cancers that all come along with it. I been swollen for 2 months now , and lumps in my face . And they don’t refund u , they just inject your face make you look distorted and crooked and tell u they can’t do anything about it . She needs her license taken away !!!

Is Larson certified in Bellafill?

Hi, Micah. I am Board Certified by the AANP first and foremost. I am licensed to practice in WA and ID. I went through an initial product training where I was certified by each product company to order their product. Despite being “certified” I have worked diligently to provide the safest, caring treatment with an artistic, caring eye and hand. I could inject any and many fillers but I believe it is important to be proficient at what you do and that takes dedication, commitment and effort to learn and train to be your best. I have trained with the national Bellafill experts of the time. Although I have been number one Bellafill provider in the world since 2014 I am only “#1” because of my number one staff and happy clients. Bellafill is an amazing dermal filler and a game changer as it is permanent and my patients age exceptionally. Micah, thank you for inquiring. Sincerely, Margaret L Larson, MSN, ARNP, FNP-C
