I signed up for Pro Fitness through the Active and Fit membership with Regence insurance. On the website the membership is advertised as a "standard membership". It does not state anywhere on the terms or during the enrollment process that this membership has limited hours for access to the gym. I would have never enrolled if this was clearly stated. Seems like a scam to up sale people to a more expensive membership. Pretty Shady bait and switch tactics.

Its pretty small gym with limited machine but there is pretty enough to keep you active. Usually that s not that much people. I just join the gym during covid but its really clean. Machines are pretty new and work in good shape. After 2 months going there I would say if you are in the area it could be good option for you.

I work for Boeing, so I was able to choose a gym and pay $25 a month. I choose this gym because it was 24/7 and the closest to my place. I was told that the $25 a month was restricted hours and if I wanted 24/7 that I had to paid an extra $27 a month. I went one time before the lock down and haven't been able to go due to the closing of gyms. They have taken over $200 and when I wanted to cancel my gym membership BECAUSE I'M NOT USING THE GYM AND STILL GETTING CHARGED. I emailed them 3 times and called twice with a voicemail. No one got back to me. So I was forced to call my bank and put an end to the account. Too much of a headache. Not worth it.
