Absolutely delightful staff. Professional, quick, and easy to work with. I was checked in by Timothy. He knew his stuff and was very helpful when I was determining what exactly I needed. Leo and a young lady (who’s name I didn’t catch) worked on my car. They stayed late to get the job done a bit after closing, and they were kind enough to give me a couple of updates on progress. The store was totally slammed that day, but they still went above and beyond. I won’t buy tires from another place as long as I live in the area.

Customer Service seems to be a lost priority for most businesses these days. But at Discount tire in Burien Wa, I can't say enough great things about the management there. TJ is our personal Tire Care professional, he takes complete care of our personal and fleet vehicle tires. What an outstanding gentlemen who's very polite and definitely knows his stuff. Excellent customer service great job guys👍

Staff was very friendly, professional and efficient. Went in with appointment for 4 new tires, no wait despite busy afternoon and they were done in less than 30 mins! Will definitely come back.

Always A+ service at this location. I take all my vehicles there for wheel/tire mounting and they always do a great job. Recently I brought some expensive wheels and tires that I needed swap with my OEM setup and asked them to be extra careful as a precaution, and they were. My new setup is great and my wheels were as pristine as they were before installation. These guys are awesome. Highly recommend making an appointment beforehand since they are popular and busy often.
