I don’t know why there are so many negative complainers leaving bad reviews for this bank. The physical location does have some tellers that are borderline rude but the bank service it’s self is awesome! Customer service you pick up the phone they actually answer and they are based in North America so you can understand them. Resolve any issue you might have instantly! I can’t say enough about the customer service it’s incredible. I for one love this bank and would definitely recommend it.

I can't see why this TD Bank has gotten so many negative reviews.. I came here for a few banking issues and store manager Ryan was absolutely excellent on helping me figure out what was going on. Ryan with his banking expertise is a prime example of why TD banks are known as the customer service bank.

I have been doing business with this bank for over 4 years. I can't say enough about their service. Anytime I go to this branch, the folks there are always friendly and very helpful. Brad is one of the people there, who is always most helpful, if I need anything. I can't believe this bank has only 3.2 stars. Actually, I'm shocked. I give them a five. Keep up the good work everyone. Thank you.

5 stars for Eric and 0 for Brad so they’re lucky I averaged this at a 2. Brad has an attitude and is unprofessional. I am seriously considering closing all my accounts because of 1 experience dealing with him.
