We hired Robbins and Company when we first purchased our home to reinforce our foundation by drilling down to bed rock and putting in supports. We chose this company based off a recommendation from a family member who had use their services. We are now 13 years in the house and have found that the very side of the home they had worked on has continued to settle. Our foundation now has cracks and we have major work and money to put into our home. We called them to see if they would fix it and they will not stand by their work or make this right. I don’t recommend this company. There are other companies out there that will do a more thorough job.

This review is based on the customer service. We had a water intrusion problem in our finished basement after excessive rain just before Christmas. We called around and Robbins & Co was one of the few places that could send someone within a week. They came by and gave us an honest opinion and suggestions without cost. Options included digging up the basement and adding a sump, or doing some simple exterior projects to keep water from draining toward the foundation. I appreciate them providing us options that did not require Robbins & Co. While we ended doing the exterior work to keep water away from the foundation, we would recommend them for their great customer service. If we ever have need for foundation repair, we would not hesitate to call them in the future for their input.

Where do I begin?! First, I'm not easy to please if you are not delivering as much or more then you promised. When it comes to Robbins & Co "I am very pleased!" As part of my investigation of the local companies, the Robbins and Co experience earned my 5 star rating in every way. From the initial phone contact Q&A, to the initial visit contact to assess the work and present a quote, to the actual work performed and follow up to ensure satisfaction it was as much or more then promised. It's been 4.5 month since the concrete leveling was completed and no sign of issues have popped up. I needed my large concrete porch and steps as well as my sunken driveway/garage area leveled. Robbins and Co earned this review on all levels. I certainly recommend contacting them for your project.

Robbins & Company has resolved two water intrusion problems for our condo association. Lee Mattingly came promptly to site on two separate jobs. . He came up with a plan of work that not only resolved the problems but was cost effective and worked around our needs and limitations. He was available to answer any questions that came up by all involved and continues to be a resource person for us. The crew came on site and took all precautions to protect interiors when it required them to access job site from the inside of units. They completed the work as scheduled and cleaned up/restored all areas before leaving. Hopefully we will not have any more problems of this nature come up but if we do, we will again call on Robbins & Co.
