You’re job is to help and not judge the color of the dress people choose!! Don’t waste you’re time and money here

I would NOT recommend coming here. We normally go to the one in Everett but we decided to order tuxedos here since it was closer for the family. When we ordered it they said it would come on a Tuesday which is 4 days before the quince. We then called and she said we would get them on Wednesday since UPS didn’t deliver it. She kept saying that UPS kept delaying the day it was going to get here. She then had to order all the suits again and had to do fast shopping. She ordered it Thursday and they would get there Friday. When we went to picked them up we had problems with the suits. They didn’t get the shoes we ordered so they had to use used ones. One of the suits came with different pants from the other ones. The bow was also missing for all of the guys. She then said that the “forgot” to give them to us. Luckily the one in Everett helped us out by letting us use some of the bows they had. She said she would give us a discount for the delay but when the guys went to pick them up they didn’t get ANY discount. They payed for suits that weren’t the ones we ordered. If you are thinking about going to this place I would recommend going to the one in Everett. They always complete their job until you’re happy with it.

We live in Canada and had ordered my 12th grade daughter’s prom dress at Celeste Boutique when we were down in Seattle in December, with the intent to come and pick it up on one of our regular trips down in the spring. Needless to say, by the time spring rolled around, a trip down to pick it up was not possible. I contacted Vilma and ask her about having it shipped up to us. She arranged that right away, no questions asked, and in less than a week and for way less than I thought it would cost for shipping, my daughter’s perfect prom dress arrived at our door on Vancouver Island. I wasn’t honestly sure what to expect when I reached out about this with everything going on in the world, and we were incredibly impressed with the customer service both when we were at the store in December, and especially in getting the dress to us now. I could not recommend Celeste Boutique more highly!
