Very poor communication. Have spent two days trying to find out what is going on with a prescription. I have called them four times but they never called back. Very poor customer service to a new senior citizen patient.

It's unfortunate that I have to write this review, but it's warranted. Received a letter stating that our provider was leaving and that there would be a couple of available docors to switch transition of care to. Not too long after receiving that letter, I was scheduled for a nurse visit. Upon checking in, I tried to schedule a transtion of care appointment for myself and family with a new doctor. That was when I was told that all of Ashley's patients were being scheduled with the ARNP Molly, so I attempted to get my family scheduled but the receptionist seemed like she simply didn't want to and said that Molly's schedule will be open for the year and she's taking on all Ashley's patients. So, that I can call and schedule next time an appointment was needed. So, I tkok her word for it. Not long after, she told another patient the same thing, except seemed pretty adamant about not wanting to schedule the patient even though she tried to a couple of times and yet again stated that Molly was the one taking Ashley's patients and that her schedule will be open and that there'll be availability all year..... Fast forward to a few days later. I decided to call and schedule new patient appointments with Molly for my family and I, but was told that she's no longer accepting new patients. I was confused. So, I decided to go to the Sumner clinic because I assumed there was a mistake, since I was told differently from the front desk lady. Sure enough, she was no longer taking new patients and had been completely booked out within a mere few days. So, I chatted with the Sumner manager there and expressed my frustration. Although there was another provider there available, I personally don't like my family (all girls) seeing men providers. The manager told me she'd talk with the provider and get back to me later that day. I did receive a message from her, but she said they were busy and she'd get back to me. Alas, it's been a couple of weeks later and it has been crickets. I have found a new care provider but not at the Sumner clinic for my family and I. What I experienced here was downright rude and they took NO responsibility for their actions. I was lied to as well, by not only the rude receptionist but also the manager. Terrible customer service and they take no accountability for their screw ups. Save yourself the trouble and go to a medical clinic that actually cares about their patients.

There seems to be some bad reviews on here but I must say I really like this place. The staff is very warm and friendly and I feel like they were concerned with my visit. Dr Kucera is a very interesting Dr. He actually sat down with my paperwork and just listened. This was a HUGE relief because my previous Dr just made me feel like I was a crazy person and started throwing medications at me like I was a lunatic. I would strongly recommend anyone looking for a no non-sense Dr to give him a shot. He is my primary care provider now and feel safe and at home with him. Thank you Dr Kucera :) (p.s, your paperwork is done extremely fast with him! GREAT dr!)

Honestly go to any other multicare clinic besides this one. The secretary's are rude and unapologetic to any mistakes on their part. They have a strict time policy and cancellation policy, which I can respect but if something comes up they just seem to want to scold you for it, rather than treat you like a human being who may have a life where things just happen, and come up like it does. Example my first time patients appointment I got two voicemails the day before the appointment. I listened to the one that said arrive 15 mins before your appointment. When I got 15 mins before my appointment the secretary rudely explained to me that I did recieve a voicemail that told me to be 30 mins early, and a voicemail that said to arrive 15mins early, but the 15mins early one was an automatic voicemail, and should if paid no mind to, but that I should of been there 30 mins early, which was the voicemail I should of listened to, and they refused to see me that day. I would of been fine with that had it not been the way this lady talked to me, not a very good patient/employee first impression to me. How was I supposed to know one voicemail was not the real one I need to listen to and that I should of listened to both to get my information right... but I shrugged it off and set up another first time appointment. I went to that appointment, got there when I needed to, the secretary's were still rude to me. Honestly if they just had nice secretary's I probably wouldnt even be writing this bad review. But my doctor was nice to me and treated me for what I needed. I do respect their time policy and how important the doctors time is, but I'm a mom with 2 kids under the age of 5, I work, and things just come up sometimes, it's just life. I did have another appointment set up after but I had to cancle to reschedule for a later date, I canceled the day before which it states up to 24 hrs cancelation notice prior to your appointment, which I met. But I got a letter in the mail basically telling me off telling me I wasted their time. So if your looking for a doctor as a patient just read the reviews on this place because you dont want to go here. They are not all friendly, sympathetic to you as a patient or person. Just go to any of the other one near by but not here.
