Buying a vehicle in this cycle that we are in is not anything like I have ever experienced before. None of us have. We were looking for the right truck to meet our needs and we needed it yesterday. With inventory being so low it seemed to be a daunting task. I was working my salesman Tommy pretty hard for a month solid. Tommy called me one morning and told me that a truck that met our needs had just been traded in and it wouldn't last. We made it to the dealership that day. The truck was absolutely beautiful. Now my yesterday had now passed before I was able to process the truck and I had to live with it. I have visited many a dealerships in my search. I will add that it was refreshing to have someone searching the inventory in four different lots for me. If you are looking for something specific I will vouch for my guy and my guy works for Sunset Ford.

I love Sunset Ford of Sumner service. We bought our car there and it includes free oil changes for life. They not only keep their promise, but they remind you when you are due for a oil change and check up, but make it easy to schedule a time that works best for the customer. Even buying my car from then was a pleasure, they are not pushy, they listen to your needs, wants and expectations you want out of your new car. After your purchase you receive your car clean and detailed with fresh oil and a all points inspection and handed your new keys! We will do business there again and recommend you give them a try!

Probably the best car buying experience I have ever had. We had an appointment to look at a couple specific trucks we were interested in. Joey met us at the lot next to our #1 pick and took it from there. We quickly decided the #1 pick was the one so we got to work on numbers. Never once were we pressured or otherwise asked to change up our set budget. Great conversation and back and forth banter that makes you comfortable and I sort of forgot we were buying a vehicle :) Finance was great and easy, again great staff there. The longest part was waiting for the truck to be cleaned thoroughly and washed. Would highly recommend to anyone looking.
