Very efficient system. My appointment was right on time. My Dr. addressed all issues and provided the options for treatment of the issues. Very personable and direct as well as staff. I had a great visit with my doctor, flu shot, lab work, and picked up prescriptions all in the same facility, on the same floor, in the same building and done in under 2 hrs. AMAZING!!

The staff at Federal Way Kaiser is amazing! They all care and go extra to help you. Dr Shah is the best. She takes the time to answer all your questions. So glad I'm a Kaiser member and have been good over 50+ years!

Go to wa.kaiserpermanente.org and register an account at the new member icon at the bottom of the page. After registering you can have prescriptions mailed to you. Works easily
When I asked them they said they didn't see any major problems unless I have used it but they did ask that I part my car out in the far reaches of the parking lot. They didn't want me to put it up there at close as I could get it. They wanted to save that for customers that we're coming and just staying a short time and going.
I assume as long as you carry a kiser card. I go through there for my physical therapy and they have a pharmacy on site doctors and all kinds of other staff
To answer my own question there is not urgent care at the Federal Way location.
Hi Annette, you can get the flu shot at no cost at our facilities in Washington state— and you don’t need an appointment.
