If I could give 0 stars I would. Called this place a week before we needed and set up time for pickup they were almost a hr late and laughed cause they were cleaning vehicles before picking us up.... when we got there they gave us a car that stunk horrible stains and burn wholes in seats front window what so gross and when driving and you go to stop and hit brakes it has a wobble. Called spoke to manager I guess because noone acted like they wanted to own up who was in charge the guy said oh I am sorry short staffed and that's the only car we have and if I get another I will call you. Berm a week no call apparently they don't get cars in often or this is the normal on how to treat customers. I will never go here again poorest service I have ever seen.

I had to get a rental car due to an accident and my car was getting repaired. The Enterprise reps were very knowledgeable on the process and contacted me when my insurance company was slated to stop paying for the rental. They advised me on the rates and made it very easy to extend the rental as there were some delays in the completion of my car. I would definitely recommend Enterprise. They made this process seamless and easy.

Reservation at 3 pm. Called me to see if I can come in at 5 pm so a car would be available. Arrived at 5 to find out they didn’t have a car available. Individuals with reservations at 5 got their cars and are gone. Currently still sitting here waiting on a car to be cleaned that got dropped off at 5:20 pm. Not sure why it’s okay to push a reservation back and not have a car available. All I was told was it was out of our hands. Really not out of your hands if you wouldn’t give cars to others that reserved after. Would recommend another company or another location. Will not be using this one in the future.

we were directed to enterprise for from a insurance comany. Wifes car was wrecked by a hit and run driver. Dairyland insurance did the direct bill gave a confirmation number for billing. after waiting 2 weeks to get a car the only one they had availible had damage to the front (looks to have hit a curb on the ground effects) and 2 large dents on the dirvers side behind rear door. When I pointed this out the agent said "Its OK". I suggested strongly that he take pix of the damage. They deleted the contract (because of the damage) rewrote the contract with the pictures attached. Manager, assistant manager and customer service agent were all involved.

It's usually okay but you should coordinate that with the Enterprise rental office. I have done it with no extra charge.
I parked mine when i rented depending on how big the lot is where you rent .
You'll have to go online and start a reservation to see rates for that time period. There are no set prices. Good luck!
It depends which location you go to. Usually the airport keeps those hours. Local stores usually open at 9am.
