I visited Flats at Austin Landings and I am thoroughly impressed. Ann took me on a tour and she was awesome! The tour truly had me sold from the greeting at the door, to the last words walking out the door! The amenities, the floor plans and the staff were all welcoming. Ann answered all my questions, very friendly, sent me a follow up email with all the information I asked for. She was even able to show me another floor plan I may have been interested in! If you're looking for an apartment, add this one to your list, you would not be disappointed by what they have to offer!!

The maintenance crew is incredible! I had a leak underneath my sink right around move-in time, and Kevin, one of the maintenance men, responded immediately to the issue the next morning. From there, he kept me updated on the issue with the sink, had prompt follow-up, and kept me in the loop with what needed to be done. Thanks to Kevin and the other members of the maintenance crew, the issue was resolved quickly. Very happy to have chosen to live at The Flats so far! Thanks again!

Ann took us for a tour of the apartments and we couldn’t have had a better viewing. She was very thorough and explained how things worked in a clear manner. She happily answered all of our questions and our kids also took a liking to Ann, who was very friendly and patient with them (even though they are little monsters)! We really appreciate having such a kind patient and friendly.

My girlfriend and I did a tour with Ann yesterday and it was amazing! Ann gave us a great tour and even went out of her way to show us all of the floor plans so that our decision was easier. She was very personable and wasn't trying to sell us on an apartment but trying to find the best fit for us. We just submitted our application and can't wait to move in! The community and apartments are beautiful!

Yes! Our Austin Landing aparments are very pet friendly.
My wife and I sold our house and immediately signed a contract to build a new one so we looked around for a month to month lease. Management told us the minimum lease is 7 months. This was good for us as our new house would be done in approximately 6 months so we signed a 7 month contract. At the end of the 6th month our new home was finished so I notified management that we were moving and advised them we would pay the 7th month payment to fulfill the contract. The head manager told me that we owed them for an extra month because we didn't give them a 60 day ( 2 months) notice when we were moving. I told them we signed a 7 month lease so why would we have to give them notice. Because of some FINE PRINT on the contract we weren't aware of, they billed us for 8 months on a contractual 7 month lease. I told them I wasn't going to pay it as I felt we were tricked and not being forthright. About 2 weeks after we left a credit collection agency called . Our hand was forced to pay the
