My wife and I sold our house and immediately signed a contract to build a new one so we looked around for a month to month lease. Management told us the minimum lease is 7 months. This was good for us as our new house would be done in approximately 6 months so we signed a 7 month contract. At the end of the 6th month our new home was finished so I notified management that we were moving and advised them we would pay the 7th month payment to fulfill the contract. The head manager told me that we owed them for an extra month because we didn't give them a 60 day ( 2 months) notice when we were moving. I told them we signed a 7 month lease so why would we have to give them notice. Because of some FINE PRINT on the contract we weren't aware of, they billed us for 8 months on a contractual 7 month lease. It looks to me like one person didn't get their lease renewed and then had all of their friends write bad reviews as well. Especially since all the bad reviews happened at the same time. I've been here for five months now and haven't seen any of the things these reviews talk about. I'd highly recommend you take a tour if you're interested.
