For the little bit I have lived here, I have noticed some things about the apartment. If you are going to live here, DO NOT get a bottom unit unless you want to listen to your above neighbors every move, especially if they have animals. The insulation and hard wood floors makes it to where it sounds as though your neighbor above you is falling through the ceiling. If you are lucky to get neighbors above you that have courtesy for the ones underneath them, it wouldn't be so bad. My neighbor next to me who is very nice, also mentioned that they can hear every foot step of her neighbors above her. If the people next to you and above you have animals, expect to hear them as the barking is very loud through the walls/windows. If you don't care about loud noises from neighbors/animals, thumping/footsteps, and what not, then its an amazing place with decent amenities. The water pressure is low compared to what I expected, which maintenance said that it is like that for all units when they came in to fix my faucet. Another thing is that parking is limited. Do not expect to park near your apartment, as it is considered first come first serve instead of designated parking spots, so if you have two or more cars to park, expect to walk far. The parking lots are small/tight, and hard to maneuver depending on the size of your vehicle. If you want a garage there is a waitlist, its extra and they are single car garages not close to your apartment. They do have ones that come with your garage attached but those are few and far between. The apartment overall is okay. Nice look, nice area if you have one closer to grassy areas and not near the pool. Great layouts. Nice people upfront at the office, despite not being able to resolve noise issues. Amazing maintenance men. Good animal policy, and everyone around is relatively friendly and waves when they are outside. I enjoy my apartment except for the noise above me. But as someone who works from home, and has to talk on the phone/work in a relatively quiet space, it makes it extremely difficult. Those are the pros and cons of what I can think of at this moment.

Austin Park is a great apartment community. As the matter of fact, it is the best in the area! Our 2b2b apartment is very spacious, has a lot of natural light and it is overlooking the park. The community is very well maintained - both buildings and landscaping. Amenities are wonderful here: club house, gym and yoga room with ballet barre and tall mirrors, beautiful pool, bbq and fire pit. They host events for the residents at the leasing office. I wish there were fitness classes at the gym, but this is obviously a challenge in the covid time. The management team cares about the experience of the residents, and no wonder that they have people living here since the community was first built. The rent here is on the upper scale for the area, but it's totally worth it. I enjoy living here and so is my family, including my dog. I am grateful to Jeremy and Meghan for being attentive to our requests and welcoming every time we pass by the leasing office.

I have lived in this apartment complex since the very beginning almost 3 years now and I never want to leave. I have had such a satisfying experience in such a beautiful apartment filled with lots of light and the most amazing kitchen! I also want to say how wonderful the staff is, they work hard to meet your needs. I have had very few issues needing maintenance but when I did the response was impressively fast. Very highly recommended!

Although I'm not moving here I wanted to still rate them. I toured these apartments in July before they had any completed. I was surprised that they hadn't opened yet but wanted to see the finished apartments in hopes of an opening. They are amazing! The amenities are crazy and unmatched. The manager Genene is really nice and showed the apartments on short notice.
