I am uninsured but needed to get my eyes examined as I noticed that I was having difficulty seeing at night. I made it a point that I was not interested in a contact lens exam or checking my prescription as it would be too expensive for me. Despite this, I was charged for it anyways which drove the price up too high. It also seemed as if they spent most of the exam focused on trying to get me to buy new contacts or glasses rather than investigating something that seemed like a real problem to me. As someone entering the field, the entire thing felt very flippant. I would recommend expressly asking what will be charged for if you come here so you don’t end up paying double what you expect like me. Facility is otherwise clean, well decorated, and welcoming.

My experience with Lake Oswego Vision Clinic was wonderful. Each interaction I had with staff from start to finish was outstanding. They made me feel comfortable as a new client, as well as someone who has never been to an eye clinic. The lady who helped me pick out glasses at the end was very patient while I tried on different options. She was able to give me clear answers on all of my questions and an easily understandable explanation on what is covered by my insurance. Overall a clean professional setting, and great service by knowledgeable employees.

Very nice team with an updated and comfortable location. Plus they have so many glasses to choose from! They accept many different insurance carriers so there is no need to go anywhere else.

Lake Oswego Vision Clinic is in a very convenient location. All the staff who helped us was very thorough, professional and patient with my elderly companion for her exam. Dr. Palmer was great and took his time. Nicole did a great job helping with the selection and measurements for new frames. They have a nice selection of frames to choose from and their prices are very fair. We will definitely return for future optical needs.
