1sr visit with New Owner - Old crew out Needed a caliber, rotar, brakes for right side only..was told $1200, then $987. Owner said "Had to buy 2 calibers (didn't need on left side) or he would not warranty " Re: oil change packages (prior) owner stated no records showing. I had been taking both of our cars their in the past, and it was excellent service. Went to Brakes Plus and cost less than $600 and did not have to purchase an unneeded caliber. People had better beware of that location on Power Road and Southern or you will get took for a lot of money. I love Meineke and will be going to another location. And, the owner immediately spoke negative about the last owner and crew. They were the best because on a Saturday..the garage and parking lot would be full. When we first pulled up at shop on a SATURDAY, .there were ONLY 2 cars in garage being worked on..none in parking lot and 1 customer inside. I told my husband when we pulled up..is it open or are they closing...Now I know why no one is there..the owner is trying to over charge and take advantage of its past customers who were initially coming to this one. One thing for sure, WE WON'T BE BACK!!

The guys at Meineke in Manchester are awesome! I started going to their shop out of convenience as they are down the road from my apartment. Each time, they do great work and are very reliable. I recommend them to my friends and have used them for business too.
