Just left the store without buying any merchandise. I asked an employee to assist me with a rug. She was gossiping with a friend at the time and carried the conversation until she realized I was still waiting to be spoken to. She then sent a message over the headset to send a guy over to get the rug down for a customer. After waiting 10 minutes I went over the the cash register to ask another employee if they could send someone since I had been waiting. They asked another person to assist me and I waited another 10 minutes without anyone arriving to the rug section. I finally left the store disappointed in the lack of care for customers that this location has. I understand being short staffed but no one seemed to care that I was waiting in that section and asked for assistance twice.
