My daughter had to get an ECG and blood work done and our tech was just unbelievably cheery and just had an uplifting attitude that was so infectious that I had to post! It just eased my daughter’s anxiety. Thank you super tech lol

Everyone at Kaiser for as long as we’ve been patients there, about 6 years, are always kind, caring and helpful! Our current PCP Dr. Wakatake is knowledgeable and goes above and beyond! Thank you everyone!! dealing with sickness is challenging, thanks for caring!! 🧠🫁🫀🦻🏻👃🏻👣👁👅

Just for optometry: Everyone was really friendly, and the check-in process was smooth. Was processed almost immediately upon check-in. The optometry shop staff were also very easy to work with. (Side note from someone who hates eye exams, they have newer and portable eye pressure tests. These are much easier to handle than the older machine where you stare into a black hole of anxiety that blasts your eye after a random amount of suspenseful waiting)

Call Kaiser Permanente Medical Center directly. Or drive to Kaiser Permanente Medical Center they have drive through Covid testing.
The drive up test is outside in the tents, but if you have a appointment, you may want to call and ask directly.
There is not a free standing urgent care in Puyallup. However, there is a walk-in clinic 9-6:30 M-Thur and 9-5 on Friday. This is similar to the Bartel clinics which see coughs and colds. True urgent care needs would be best treated in the Tacoma urgent care off MLK way. You can always call the nurse consulting line as well. The number should be on the back of you member card.
Only if the dr. Puts a rush on it other than that 2 day turn around
Hi there! Yes they have optical there. If you call the clinics main line and press the number button for appts. #1 you'll be taken to the next menu and just listen for the eye care button. Easy Peasy!
Specialty Center in Tacoma. Need to call for an appointment.
Yes there is!
Nope! Anytime between 8:30am and 4:30pm just walk 🚶 in
Kaiser is a HMO insurance company with their own facilities. So I'm fairly sure they don't take Blue Cross but maybe Medicare.
Only open M-F and closed weekends and holidays. 7am to 5pm. Pharmacy and Lab open to 7pm.
The clinic is open from 8am to 7pm.
Hi Lainey, in 2017, Kaiser Permanente acquired Group Health Cooperative and its subsidiaries, which have been caring for members in Washington since 1947. Now Kaiser Permanente Washington, we serve more than 710,170 members and support the health of communities in Northwest Washington, Central Washington, Eastern Washington, the Coastal and Olympic region, and Puget Sound.
You would need to call the individual office you want to contact & ask them for their fax number.
Call the number on your card or look it up on the website.
