No opportunity for growth or help when they refuse to offer service’s to folks out of county even after receiving a referral..

I have been trying to get an appointment for over a month and a half. When they say they will call you back they never do. And on hold forever. Say they need a referral then later say they don’t. This is all after you go through calling people and getting referral. Still no appointment........... so much for mental health haha. I am on hold now again as I wrote this and just got voicemail after being on hold again....🤬🤬🤬🤬

I literally fought tooth and nail to get an appointment. Turned into freaking playing phone tag for 2 months. When I went to take the intake and assessment took an entire day. From 8am to 5pm. If I knew that it was going to take THAT LONG, I would have never came. Not to mention that my first appointment for a counselor was two months out. I thought hey I can wait and come to these appointments every week. But the kidden thing is that since they are so understaffed. I may or may not get to see my counselor once every two or three weeks. When I asked to see someone every week, you can only qualify for FOUR once weekly appointments with another counselor. And I said I'll just stick with the counselor I have. I got to a point where coming to these appointments were completely out of the way to the point where I hated coming here. Yes I get that i needed mental help for myself, but coming to these appointments became an inconvenience to me. I won't be coming back here to get help, longest process ever. Something should never rake NINE HOURS. I was so mentally and emotionally drained that I hated everyone and my anxiety spiked. I wanted to punch a wall when I was done. You don't do that to people keep them for NINE hours for an intake there are people worse than me that can't handle that mentally. I get that you need all the information, but hell do it on different days.

Overpriced and not organized. The initial visit was $250 and additional visits cost was $230 per visit per person which is absolutely ridiculous. Then after 2 weeks of not hearing from you, they close your account out and force you to redo the initial visit. The therapist that was initially seen left the practice, so after calling to get re-assigned to someone else, I learned that since they couldn't get in touch with me, I have to redo the initial visit. It is unacceptable that it took 3 phone calls over two days to be told this is the issue. Save your money and go somewhere else, you will probably pay half as much for better customer service.

Need help with Focusing better & anxiety
Cascade Mental Health is also a good choice for med management. Located at S 19th and Washington.
The assessment only takes about 15min. They do first come first serve the wait time to be taken back can be lengthy and they fill up fast so get there early.
I think you do need to take the meds and a doctor will help.
I don't know anywhere else that takes Molina

From my understanding, The walk-in hours are set regardless of our mental health needs.
I haven't seen her before, but I can tell you, if your not comfortable with that counselor there are many to choose from.
