DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE. I've been mostly working with Diana, however I've also had some contact with everyone. Every person there is worth mentioning in a positive. I had an issue with parts to a machine that was previously purchased BUT Diana made everything right as quickly and thoroughly as possible (and always with a smile and positive, friendly manner). I WILL NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE for any of my needs. Can you purchase something on Amazon and get quality advice, their lifetime of sheared experience and wealth of knowledge and free classes to learn all about your machine??? The answer is NO! But you can here. Every visit, every call, was answered with professionalism, a wealth of knowledge and smiles. Thank you from my heart ladies

Little gal that helped us went the extra mile, made sure we had exactly what we needed before leaving the store, which is customary of Quality Sewing & Vacuum. These folks can stand behind their name in quality customer care. Wishing I could remember her name. She got a little resistance from who appeared to be management, or a lead of some sort, which was unusual for QS&V for the amount of times we’ve shopped the Puyallup store through the years.! But our young friend respectfully pressed through, got us what we needed, I finished my quilt. We’ll always return. Thank you!!

I love the Puyallup office! I have purchased sewing/embroidery machines and sergers there and have had them repaired there as well. I own a housecleaning company and we buy all of our vacuums and vacuum bags there. They are always courteous and helpful when I call, and they take such care of us and our many vacuums. I highly recommend the folks at Quality Sewing & Vacuum in Puyallup!

We require that our staff and customers wear masks in the store at all times. We have an enhanced cleaning schedule that our stores follow. We ask that everyone that visits our stores keeps a social distance for safety. Hand sanitizer and masks are provided in each of our stores. We offer phone orders with curbside pick up, in store shopping and online orders so you can shop how you are comfortable.

Kathleen it depends on the size of bobbin you are using. If you are using an L size bobbin yet you will need to use the spacer. If you are using the size 15 no, you will not. Hope this helps!
There are a lot of different options when making clothing. Factors such as what you are making and the material you are using can change how you need to create the garment. While parts for Roombas are limited we have been able to repair them depending on the problem. You can bring it to any of our stores for a free estimate. This will allow our tech to look and see what is needed, see if we can get the parts needed and provide you an estimate for repair. Hope this helps!
