I came here looking for limited ingredient cat food and found very little options. Instead I found an extra aisle of dog food where it use to be. I know those items aren't big sellers, but as successful corporation you'd hope businesses would cater to ALL customers needs, not just the ones most helpful to their bottom $$

Came in today trying to find a fish for my daughter. It’s been a long time since I’ve owned one so I asked the two women there in that section. The first one was very snotty when I asked a question. She answered me so I decided to go with something else. The other women I asked for her help and she acted as if I was inconveniencing her by asking for help, as it IS her job. Is it just me or has customer service gone way down? I would think you would want my business but instead I put everything back and left. I will go to a different place.

Understaffed immensely, we walked into the store straight into a line of at least a dozen or more people with one cashier only. Woman working fish made it clear she didn't want to be there, that we were all bothering her and was so nasty to our littles who were getting their first fish and all the gear, she made another customer's daughter cry and that was enough for us. We ended up googling everything and walking up and down aisles to figure it out ourselves and grabbed Betta fish instead of even attempting to ask her for any thing from the tanks. The cashier was overwhelmed but really nice and doing her best. She even made my upset son laugh on the way out.

Puppies can be seen here every 1st and 3rd weekend of every month as the Puyallup animal rescue is there on those days looking for people to adopt.
