I rented a car from 727 E. Turkeyfoot lake road Green, Ohio 44319 and I was very satisfied with the vehicle Matt put me in for 2 days. Matt was very helpful in assisting me and helping me get a rental that I could use to surprise my mom and grandma for mother's day. Thanks Matt and thanks enterprise I had a really good time visiting with family for mother's day and look forward to getting another rental soon. Great customer service, fast and easy process.

Horrible experience. I'm in the parking lot after a man who said he was the manager offered to let me pickup at 7:30, but didn't open until 8. Wouldn't let me pick up the car I reserved with an out of state license because I didn't have a credit card, and wouldn't let me use someone elses credit card. Enterprise should make those rules clear when a reservation is made because now I can't go see my son this weekend. With the way that guy treated me, I'm unsure if he's entirely truthful. Terrible service, do not use this location.

The only enterprise I would go to around the Akron area!!! I’m very familiar with the rental process I’m VIP status lol But each time has been different just rented 12/27/21 and wasn’t to excited about the selection my birthday week I had to be in the nicest car!!! Thanks to Matthew he gave me a discount rate and made up for the inconvenience with his outstanding customer service… I will be back!!!!!
