I was there for an association banquet. The bar seating area tables and floor where we waited were dirty full of crumbs. The floor plan for the tables had us sitting behind a partial wall. The service was poor. There were not enough servers and it took too long for everyone to be served. Many of the workers that did eventually come on seemed confused and weren't in proper attire. This was very disappointing, and not what is expected from Holiday Inn.

I love eating here. The chef is amazing .... Everything I order is always delicious, seasoned perfectly, and perfect temperature. A few times I've asked to speak with him and he's been so kind and has great manners. You should offer to go orders just with his food ... Even if we don't stay at the hotel, cuz his food is the best! The rooms are what you'd expect for a Holiday In but are nice. I wish you'd be able to go outside on the balcony on the 4th floor but I understand why. Also, it would've nice to have an indoor pool but the outdoor pool is super nice. The staff is very sweet and I'd definitely come back

We pulled in with our 39 foot Motor Coach and no one there was the slightest concerned. They said it was no problem at all. When I said we would be completely unloading it and putting everything into storage, they said no problem. When our room was overlooking the highway so very noisy, she moved us to the back side overlooking our coach. When we needed to leave it there an extra day to continue unloading it before we turned it in for some repairs, he said not a problem. Both the day and night desk people were so helpful and pleasant. On top of that, the room was nice and clean. I highly recommend the staff and facility

The room was clean and comfortable. However the WiFi was out, the cable TV was not working, and it took about 10 min for the shower to heat up. This hotel does not offer a free continental breakfast which is a downside in my opinion. It does offer a sit down breakfast that you must pay for. The hotel is close to the highway which is good, but the highway noise was audible in the room, although it was not too terribly loud.
