We reserved this room for one night. It took several minutes to get checked in. It seemed like the guy didn't know what he was doing. No refrigerator in our room. No working ice machine. We were charged more than we were told. No towels but the pool area. No breakfast offered either even though it's advertised. No adjustment to the bill for things not offered. We chose this room bc breakfast was supposed to be offered.

DATED! My room was very dark - Poor lighting. The room was not serviced at all. The AC unit had a mind of its own. It would cool when it wanted to. The fridge was inside a cabinet, this made it very difficult to open and close the doors. At times, the front desk did not have anyone there - The staff was okay....they really did not want to be there. Ice machine did not work on the first floor. I smelled cigarette smoke in my room. Breakfast was okay if you want baked goods or cereal - The eggs and sausage links were horrible. The trash cans in the eating area were overflowing. And, how does a hotel run out of regular coffee?!?! The trash bins outside of the hotel were overflowing with garbage . I do not recommend this Best Western location.

My room was next to the elevator and had to listen to it squeak as People got off. My room was almost unbearable with the smoke smell. Will not be staying here again.

We stayed 1 night. Our room was clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was well stocked and everything was fresh.

You are absurd corredt!!! Went there for valentine's day and for 170 dollars I was so unimpressed. Dirty room, cigarette burns in almost every piece of furniture. A Spider in the corner by the bed that was the size of a child's hand. The lady we talked to at checkout was so unprofessional and so down right rude it was hard to contain myself. SAVE SOME TIME AND DONT BOTHER STAYING THERE. The motel 6 across the highway wouldve been better

You would need to call the hotel directly. It would depend on their capacity and your arrival time as to whether they would have a clean room available when you arrive.
