So we arrived after a 7 hour drive to be told they had no kind rooms even though we reserved one. She put us in a room with two queens but when we got in it was two doubles. When I went down to explain there was no way we could fit in a double she was super rude. So I asked for the manager Vijay shah who was displayed to be on duty to be told he was unavailable. I said well he is on duty and she refused to get or call him saying she was unavailable. We just left. The whole 3rd floor smelled terrible and the service was horrific!

Positive: The price with the location and it was the nicest I've been @ until I stayed at the baymont 130 montrose west Ave. With my gf. Negative: No not really, there's always better and there's always worse. If I would have answered these questions sooner I would have said it was the best I ever had! I stayed alone this experience. I enjoyed it. So thank u

BEWARE! Bedbugs, filthy, and unsafe. The photos on Hotels.com are NOT representative of the property or its current condition. When we walked in, the hotel was grimy, unkept, and had the air of a shelter, not a hotel. We were in a bind because we were headed to a concert on a tight timeline, so we proceeded to the room, but it had not been cleaned--dirty TV screen, fingerprints all over bathroom door, dirty towels, grimy carpet. Even in a nice hotel, I check for bed bugs, and I found them within moments on the back side of the mattress near the head of the bed. Disgusting. We left immediately and ended up paying 3x more for a safe room elsewhere, since most hotels were sold out because of a concert nearby. Most people in this hotel are down on their luck, and living there by paying a weekly rate. The environment was sketchy, and I would not stay here under any circumstances.

Rented 2 rooms on 3/19/2022. The check in process was quick and easy and the front desk worker was beyond kind by personally showing us where to enter the building. The grounds around the hotel were clean and well lit with plenty of (free) parking. The elevator being down was a minor inconvenience as we were on the 3rd floor, however we didn't have alot of luggage and are of good health so we didn't mind the extra "work out". The hallways and stairs were clean. The second front desk attendant that we spoke with was also friendly and gladly provided us w more coffee packets when requested. The room itself was basic. The sheets were clean, the bed was firm but that's how I like it, and it was warm. Water pressure was terrible but w being on the 3rd floor and such an old building it's expected. I felt safe during my stay. Recommendations to staff: the door on 306 needs repaired as it catches at the top and is hard to close. The phones did not work in room 305 or 306 and while this is a minor inconvenience to those w cellphones, in an emergency the phones working is vital. Fresh hot coffee in the lobby would be a great addition. All in all it was a comfy stay and served it's purpose for a great price. Thank you for your hospitality.
