DO NOT STAY HERE! I only gave one star because you have to to review. I paid for a penthouse for my family with a late check in last night with a 150.00 refundable deposit. There was no bedding provided for the pull out bed. No batteries in the remote controls. Plates, bowls etc were in the dishwasher but not clean. There was an odor but the windows were left open so I'm sure they were aware of it. I would have left because of just these issues, but it was so late and kids were so tired. Once, I went to bed upstairs, I realized there was a large dent in the center of the mattress. Needless to say, the nights rest was terrible. I didn't think it could get worse but of course when we went to take showers in the morning there was NO hot water. I called to let the front desk know the issues after our check out and the attendant literally started yelling at me for not letting them know of these issues upon checking in (at 11:30 at night). I explained (in a low tone) how late it was upon arrival and we needed to leave in the morning for scheduled engagements, I wasn't upset with him or personally attacking him but just wanted corporates contact number and to bring it to their attention. He yelled over me as I asked him to stop and please provide me with the customer service number... He hung up on me... Even if it's your last option, you'd be better off spending the night in your vehicle.

The condition of this place is absolutely horrid. It completely baffles me that they would let anyone stay in a place in such terrible condition. The ceiling was peeling off, there’s black mold in the bathroom, there were stains literally EVERYWHERE, we had absolutely no hot water while we were staying, the beds are extremely uncomfortable (I may need a chiropractor after sleeping on them), and for whatever reason, they shut off our power on the last day of our stay so we had to use flashlights while we were packing everything up. Staff definitely wasn’t great either. The man behind the desk was extremely rude when we checked in and didn’t even bother to tell us that the parking lot was about to have tar laid down (we had to repark my car 3 times after checking in because of a very rude construction worker). That definitely doesn’t cover any of it. Honestly, I feel that I deserve a refund after dealing with this horrible place. Definitely should be cleaned up or shut down. And word for the wise, do not check with a UV light. I’m sure you’ll be absolutely disgusted just as I was.

I had a 3 week stay here. Overall it was just OK. Acquit for my stay. However I left the room cleaner than when I arrived. Also the suite was NOT as clean as it should have been My key cards quit working The dishwasher had rotten water in the bottom so I was afraid to use it in fear of flooding the room. Sadly in 3 weejs, this was never fixed I had 2. (Dirty) coffee makers with no pots. So I bought one The disposal needed fixed and they did. There were NO burner plates for the stove so pots & pans tilted while cooking The table lamp didn't work The shower curtain was moldy & never replaced The room after The first weekly cleaning was lacking supplies like dish soap, TP, paper towels, and garbage bags Although my hand held device said "connected" to the free WiFi. I could never connect, there for using all my mobile data while in my room. Bit other than that my stay was adequate, the pictures on the web sure looked better than my room. It's what I could afford at the time so I just wanted to put that out there

We checked in minutes before 7pm, when the free manager's reception is supposed to end, and the staff graciously left it up for us so we could grab a bite to eat. The reception is a small hot meal -- that night it was hot dogs, chili, potato salad, green salad, and juices. Nothing terribly fancy, but still a nice feature for a hotel. Check in was smooth and they gave us a room close by -- much appreciated as the weather was down in the single digits that night. Staff was helpful and cheerful. The suite itself isn't terribly fancy and much of the furnishings are older, but everything was clean and in working order. We appreciated having a living/sitting area and the full kitchen was nice. Bathroom/vanity area was spacious and the beds were incredibly plush and comfortable. The included hot breakfast was the standard -- scrambled eggs, sausage, home fries, bread items available to toast, waffle maker, cold cereals, etc. We were very pleased with our stay and would stay here again.

Questions & Answers

Is there a website or number to contact the main office of all fairbridge hotels?

There should be one available on the corporate website, or you could contact that branch directly and ask for the corporate number.

Do all rooms have a kitchen? And do they have cookware/eating utensils?

If I remember correctly, this used to be an apartment complex that was renovated into a hotel. So, yes all rooms have kitchens. They provide a modest assortment of utensils, you won't find things like a garlic press, but your every day items should be available.
